Greetings to all those travelling from distant lands from the Populace
and Nobles of the Barony of the Steppes. We bid you welcome to these
lands.
The Barony of the Steppes is proud to host the Board of Directors meeting
on Saturday, April 19, 2008 c.e. Saturday public meeting will start at 9:00 AM, break for lunch around Noon, and resume about 1:30. The meeting is done usually between 4:00 and 5:00, at the The Embassy Suites Hotel. We welcome
those who will be attending to conduct business in modern attire. If you are traveling
from other lands, we hope to make your visit to Ansteorra an enjoyable
one.
We are please to have the host the known world and look forward to the
opportunity to welcome you to our Barony again in the future.
There will be a Saturday evening revel to follow the meetings.

At this time, the BoD reception room at Willhoites is now full. For anyone who did not send in a written RSVP, please enjoy dinner at Willhoites in the regular dining area or at another local restaurant. We will fit more people if we are able in a standing room only capacity once everyone is finished with dinner.

After Willhoite's, some of us will be going over to the Main Event at 407 W. State Highway 114 in Grapevine. We will aim for gathering at the Main Event around 9pm. There is not an entrance fee here, but there are fees for the activities. You can find out more by going to www.maineventusa.net .
